Suresh Shah, B.Com (Hons.), FCA , Senior Partner

Mr. Suresh K. Shah is a chartered accountant in practise for more than 35 years and is a senior partner and mentor of the firm. His extensive experience in Income Tax, Indirect Taxes, start-ups and owner managed businesses, legal compliances & registrations and his in-depth knowledge and vast experience of local regulations including state taxes, MVAT, CST & Service Tax. Shop Acts have been indispensible. He has immense experience in dealing with clients from diverse fields including manufacturing, trading, construction, information technology, hotel, transport, catering, financial institutions, nationalised banks, co-operative societies and others.

Prakash Shah, M. Com., FCA, DISA , Senior Partner

Mr. Prakash Shah is a chartered accountant in practice for more than 8 years and is the managing partner of the firm. He leads the firm’s corporate consultancy, corporate audit and assurance services, accounts and management consultancy services. He has been instrumental in providing advisory services in the fields of Company Law, FEMA, Direct and Indirect Taxation for a wide range of clients from software companies to manufacturing subsidiaries and complex joint ventures and national & international client services.

Mitesh Shah, M.Com, FCCA (UK), MCSI (Securities & Investment Institute, London) , Associate Director

Mr.Mitesh Shah is a chartered certified accountant and is the Associate Director of the firm. He is responsible for the business development, management consultancy, foreign subsidiaries, new start-ups and local & international structured finance transactions, corporate finance, outsourcing consultancy services, investment management, private equity and internal audit. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), London and a member of Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI, U.K). His versatile international exposure with multi-national clients including BNP PARIBAS London, Close Brothers and others brings in a global awareness and sensitivity, an open mind and an out-of-the-box approach to new challenges.

Purvi Shah, B.Com , MBA (Finance)

Mrs. Purvi Shah has more than 4 years experience in the field of project finance, costing, financial and insurance markets. Purvi was employed as project executive with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited for a period of 3 years, and a finance executive with EXL. Services Limited for a period of 1 year. She is responsible for financial, insurance & investment consultancy, corporate restructuring, re-organization and management consultancy services for our esteemed clients.
